# BMNR 的高管架构

BMNR has recently appointed Young Kim as the company's CFO and COO, who is a fellow Korean of Tom Lee, with a very Wall Street-standard resume, educational background from MIT+HBS, and professional experience as a buy-side partner, **5 years at Axiom Investors, 10 years at Columbia Threadneedle Investments, both** trillion-dollar asset management giants.

BMNR's current executive structure shows a very distinct "Asian capital elite" color:

-   **No. 1 (Chairman): Tom Lee (Korean):** Strategist, responsible for macro narratives and Wall Street top-level design.
-   **No. 2 (CEO): Chi Tsang (Hong Kong background)**
    -   **Background:** Former HSBC Hong Kong executive, served as **Head of Greater China Internet Research** and **Head of Asia-Pacific Tech Investment Banking**. Participated in financing for several leading domestic internet companies and operations of Asian family offices.
-    **No. 3 (CFO & COO): Young Kim (Korean)** A US buy-side asset manager with MIT technical background.

This combination offers more diversified financing paths. Tom Lee is responsible for institutional narratives on Wall Street, while the other two have resources to attract investments from Hong Kong and Korea. The kimchi premium is also quite crazy.
