According to the agreement, XTURN, as an e-commerce platform centered on a membership fission mechanism, leverages channel resources such as Chunghwa Telecom's Hami membership and the National Travel Card, along with a global membership scale exceeding ten million, to continuously expand into markets including Taiwan, South Korea, and the Philippines.
