It just secured a 1.6T order worth over $200 million in March, followed by an announcement of an 800G order worth more than $53 million, both for major customers' AI data center expansion. Therefore, investors see it as having high elasticity and a smooth narrative. However, such a stock can surge sharply but also pull back quickly, making it more suitable for those with strong risk appetite. 2️⃣ $Qualcomm(QCOM.US) is different; it feels more like "people starting to pick it up after a big drop." It just announced a $20 billion buyback in March, indicating the company itself thinks the stock price isn't expensive. However, the mobile phone supply chain still faces some pressure this year. Reuters mentioned last month that high-end mobile chip shipment expectations could be dragged down by rising memory prices. My understanding is that QCOM isn't without logic, but its short-term explosive power isn't as strong as AAOI's, leaning more towards a defensive play. 3️⃣ $Lam Research(LRCX.US), on the other hand, I think belongs to the "quietly working" type. The company's quarterly revenue guidance given at the end of January exceeded expectations, showing that wafer fab equipment demand is still there, especially with companies continuing to add orders. It might not be the most aggressive runner, but if you look at the mid-to-late cycle semiconductor boom, a stock like LRCX is actually quite easy for institutions to trade repeatedly. 4️⃣ $Lam Research(LRCX.US) is the most complicated. The market is re-evaluating it now, mainly looking at how Lip-Bu Tan will fix execution and handle the 18A process. Reuters mentioned in early March that Intel is still internally re-evaluating the 18A manufacturing roadmap, and the board is also undergoing changes. To put it bluntly, INTC isn't without opportunity, but it's more like an "expectation recovery play," not a stock that's already on a completely smooth path. 🔺 To summarize: AAOI is about elasticity, QCOM is about value, LRCX is about the continuation of the boom, and INTC is about a turnaround story. If I had to rank them, I'd look at the stability of LRCX and QCOM first, then the momentum of AAOI, and put INTC last for gradual observation." datetime: "2026-03-27T09:21:20.000Z" locales: - [en](https://longbridge.com/en/topics/39574009.md) - [zh-CN](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/topics/39574009.md) - [zh-HK](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/topics/39574009.md) author: "[沪上老徐](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/profiles/26419342.md)" --- > 支持的語言: [English](https://longbridge.com/en/topics/39574009.md) | [简体中文](https://longbridge.com/zh-CN/topics/39574009.md) # I've been looking at the semiconductor sector thes… ### 相關股票 - [Lam Research (LRCX.US)](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/quote/LRCX.US.md) - [Intel (INTC.US)](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/quote/INTC.US.md) - [Qualcomm (QCOM.US)](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/quote/QCOM.US.md) - [Applied Optoelectronics (AAOI.US)](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/quote/AAOI.US.md) - [INTEL-T (04335.HK)](https://longbridge.com/zh-HK/quote/04335.HK.md) ## 評論 (4) - **玖玖儿 · 2026-03-27T09:26:03.000Z**: Can INTC still be trusted?
