# 慾望

### 克里希那穆提：

> #### **什麼是慾望**：The sensation of seeing，then thought coming and making an image of that sensation，at that moment，desire is born.

我們習慣於認為慾望是自發的，但正如你所觀察到的，它實際上是一個**時間性的構建過程**：

#### 慾望的誕生鏈條

**單純的看** (Simple Seeing)**：**這是一個瞬間的、無名狀的感官接觸。眼根與物象接觸，此時沒有好壞，只有純粹的神經衝動。

**思維介入 (Intervention of Thought)：** 思維迅速介入，開始檢索過去的經驗、知識和記憶。它會對這個 “看” 進行分類、命名和評估。

**意象的形成 (Formation of the Image)：** 思維將當下的感覺投射為一張 “圖片”。這張圖片不僅包含物體本身，還包含了 “我擁有它時的快感” 或 “我失去它時的痛苦”。

**慾望的產生 (Birth of Desire)：** 當這個意象被賦予了情感重量，且思維開始籌劃如何延續這種快感（或逃避痛苦）時，慾望便從那一刻破繭而出。
