Real Estate Market is Recovering, Is it Time to Invest? Analysis of Singapore's Property Market

The COVID-19 pandemic has affected the global economy, and Singapore is no exception. In 2020, Singapore's GDP declined and unemployment rates are rising. However, surprisingly, the Singapore real estate market remains steady, with an overall upward trend. Prices and transaction volumes have continued to rise in 2020 and 2021! At the same time, we have also noticed that many of Singapore's listed real estate stocks are still undervalued. Is this a good investment opportunity? On November 23rd at 8pm, Changbridge invited Cai Yiming, a teacher from the Singapore Exchange Academy, to talk about whether the property market is rebounding and whether investment is opportune.
