DDA (Direct Debit Authorization) is an authorized transfer service provided by banks in collaboration with Long Bridge Securities Pte. Ltd. Once you have linked your bank account to Long Bridge Securities Pte. Ltd., you can initiate SGD deposits directly from your Longbridge App. The money will be debited from your bank account and then credited to your account with Long Bridge Securities Pte. Ltd.

Select "Internet Banking Transfer" as your deposit method and follow the instructions to retrieve beneficiary account details. For withdrawal amounts above SGD 200,000, funds are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days. Longbridge charges no fees, but the bank may impose fees. For Non-Singapore Bank Accounts: For any withdrawal amount, funds are estimated to arrive within 1-3 business days. Longbridge does not charge fees, but the bank may charge approximately USD 35-60.

You can initiate a currency conversion in the Longbridge app under "Portfolio" > "More" > select "Conversion". Longbridge supports exchanges between SGD, USD, and HKD to facilitate trading in Singapore, U.S., and Hong Kong market. The exchange rate will be based on the prevailing rate at the time of the exchange, and Longbridge does not charge any service fees for currency conversion.

U.S. Overnight Trading refers to the after-hours trading session of the U.S. stock market, also known as extended trading hours. Overnight trading hours run from 08:00 - 15:50 SGT during daylight saving time and 09:00 - 16:50 SGT during standard time. During a daylight saving day, the first session of overnight trading begins on Monday morning at 08:00 SGT and concludes early Monday at 15:50 SGT, while the last session takes place on Friday morning at 08:00 SGT and ends early Friday morning at 15:50 SGT. Overnight trading, along with pre-market, regular trading hours, and post-market trading, constitutes the 24-hour trading cycle of the US stock market. Overnight trading is applicable to both stocks and ETFs, with support for 55 specific codes at present. Short selling involves borrowing securities from Long Bridge Securities Pte Ltd, using your assets as collateral, and selling them. Where you have not done a buy trade on the same day to cover your short sell position, subject to your agreement, Long Bridge Securities Pte Ltd is to borrows shares on your behalf (i.e. stock borrowing and lending facility) to facilitate the share delivery of the short position. A borrowing fee, based on the stock and the borrowing duration, will be charged. Do note that this facility is only applicable for trading in the U.S. market.
