Huawei, together with Tianjin Port Group and several other organizations, has jointly launched the development of PortGPT, a large-scale port model.

Huawei said it launched joint research and development of a large port model PortGPT with Tianjin Port Group, Zhejiang Seaport Group, Tianjin Supercomputing Center and Yuncong Technology at the 2023 Smart Port Conference. In order to promote the construction of a large model for the port industry, Huawei, together with its customers and ecological partners, actively explores the application and verification of the large model in the port industry, and promotes the application level of the large model in port production and operation from the three aspects of Zhilian, Zhilian and Zhifu.
