According to the Zhongtong Finance APP, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla (TSLA.US), stated on Tuesday that Tesla's goal is to produce 200,000 electric pickup trucks per year. Earlier, Tesla had stated that the company had the capability to produce over 125,000 Teslas per year. Tesla also added that by 2025, this number could potentially increase to 250,000.The long-awaited pickup truck will begin deliveries on November 30th, almost four years after its initial debut.In the Joe Rogan Experience podcast released on Tuesday, Tesla reiterated the difficulty of producing Teslas.&#34;Our goal is to produce around 200,000 vehicles per year...maybe a little more, but I want to emphasize that manufacturing is much more challenging than the initial design,&#34; Tesla stated.&#34;Developing Tesla is like digging our own grave,&#34; Tesla stated during the earnings conference call earlier this month, adding that the company may face &#34;enormous challenges&#34; in increasing Tesla production and achieving positive cash flow.
