
Cainiao collaborates with Taobao to provide Taobao PLUS local return service at 8 self-pickup points.

Cainiao, in collaboration with Taobao Hong Kong, has launched a self-pickup return service, making cross-border online shopping returns more convenient through continuous optimization of the cross-border logistics network. Currently, Cainiao has 8 pickup points that provide return services. When users purchase products with the "HK Local Return" label on Taobao, they can apply for the Taobao PLUS "Local Return" service after receiving the goods. In addition to choosing door-to-door pickup for returns, users can also return the goods themselves at a Cainiao pickup point. After making an appointment with a nearby Cainiao pickup point on the Taobao App, a unique return code will be generated for each returned item. Users can simply attach the return code to the return package and hand it over to the pickup point staff to complete the return process. Huang Zhong, General Manager of Cainiao's Cross-border Export Logistics Department, stated that Cainiao is the official logistics partner of Tmall and Taobao Overseas. They hope to provide Taobao users in Hong Kong with a more relaxed and secure online shopping experience through the widespread availability of Cainiao pickup points throughout the city.
