In November, the one-year Loan Prime Rate (LPR) remained unchanged for the third consecutive month, while the five-year LPR remained unchanged for the fifth consecutive month.
On November 20th, the People's Bank of China authorized the National Interbank Funding Center to announce the Loan Market Quotation Rate for November 20, 2023:

<li>China's one-year LPR for November is 3.45%, with an expected value of 3.45% and a previous value of 3.45%.</li>

The latest one-year loan prime rate (LPR) is reported at 3.45%, unchanged from the previous rate. The LPR for loans with a term of five years or more is reported at 4.20%, also unchanged.
