At 10:39 ET, the Dow Jones Industrial Average (.DJI) was up 0.21% at 35,021.28. The S&amp;P 500 (.SPX) was up 0.27% at 4,526.04 and the Nasdaq Composite (.IXIC) was up 0.44% at 14,186.93.
