CHINA NEWCITY has been renamed as "CHINA NEWCITY".

Zhitong App News, CHINA NEWCITY announced that after the shareholder's extraordinary general meeting held on November 3, 2023, where the shareholders approved the resolution to change the company's name through a voting process, the Registrar of Companies in the Cayman Islands issued a company registration certificate on November 8, 2023, confirming the change of the company's English name from "China New City Commercial Development Limited" to "China New City Group Limited", as well as the change of the company's Chinese bilingual name from "CHINA NEWCITY" to "CHINA NEWCITY", which will take effect from that day. The Registrar of Companies in Hong Kong issued a certificate of registration of a non-Hong Kong company's name change on November 22, 2023, confirming that the new English name "China New City Group Limited" and the new Chinese name "CHINA NEWCITY" have been registered in accordance with Section 16 of the Companies Ordinance (Chapter 622) of the Hong Kong laws.
