Call options with a strike price of $200 traded nearly 200,000 contracts, those with a strike price of $195 traded 160,000 contracts, and put options with a strike price of $190 traded over 120,000 contracts.
AMD surged by over 10%, with options trading soaring to 1.41 million contracts, and 61% of them being call options. Call options with a strike price of $180 traded over 80,000 contracts.
Apple rose by over 1%, with options trading increasing to 830,000 contracts, and 69% of them being call options. Call options with a strike price of $185 traded over 100,000 contracts.
Amazon rose by over 3%, with options trading doubling to 800,000 contracts, and 69% of them being call options. Call options with a strike price of $175 traded nearly 80,000 contracts.
Rivian Automotive plummeted by over 25%, with options trading soaring to 760,000 contracts, and 56.7% of them being call options.
Meta rose by nearly 4%, with options trading doubling to 630,000 contracts, and 65% of them being call options.
