CONANT OPTICAL: Fei Zhengxiang re-elected as Executive Director of the Second Board of Directors.

After the temporary shareholders' meeting, Conant Optical announced that Fei Zhengxiang, Zheng Yuhong, Xia Guoping, Chen Junhua, and others were re-elected as executive directors of the second board of directors. Fei Zhengxiang was also elected as the chairman of the board. In addition, Wang Chuanbao was appointed as an executive director of the second board of directors. Zhao Xiaoyun became a non-executive director, while Xiao Fei and Chen Yicheng became independent non-executive directors.
