Nearly a decade ago, Musk co-founded OpenAI with Man, challenging Google's dominance in AI. However, Musk filed a lawsuit last month claiming that OpenAI has become closed source, focusing on maximizing profits for shareholders like Microsoft, and its technology should be &#34;freely available to the public.&#34;
Musk's lawsuit has sparked debates among tech professionals and investors on the pros and cons of open source AI. Vinod Khosla, an early investor in OpenAI, believes Musk's lawsuit &#34;deviates from the goal of achieving AGI and its benefits.&#34;
