Nuohui Health: Liu Yiji appointed as an independent non-executive director

Liu Yiji and Wu Yongqian have been appointed as independent non-executive directors of Nuohui Health, effective from April 8, 2024. The Board of Directors has established a special independent committee, composed of Yu Danke, Wu Hong, Li Guodong, Liu Yiji, and Wu Yongqian, with Liu Yiji serving as the chairman. The main responsibilities of the special independent committee include reviewing, improving, and determining the scope of investigations, undertaking and supervising the investigations, retaining independent third-party professional institutions to assist in the investigations, reporting the investigation results to the Board of Directors, and making appropriate recommendations to the Board of Directors
