Foldable iPhone is finally coming?
According to media reports, Apple's latest investor report indicates that the company is accelerating work on foldable devices. Analyst Jeff Pu from Haitong International Securities also mentioned that Apple will begin mass production of a 20.3-inch foldable device by the end of 2025, followed by mass production of a foldable iPhone by the end of 2026.
Pu stated that Apple's foldable device series will represent &#34;Apple's new lineup&#34; targeting the &#34;ultra-high-end market.&#34; It is reported that the foldable iPhone will come in two screen sizes: 7.9 inches and 8.3 inches.
If Pu's disclosed timeline is accurate, this would mean that the release of the foldable iPhone is about a year earlier than previously expected.
Previously, Ming-Chi Kuo, known as the &#34;landmark top Apple analyst,&#34; mentioned that Apple is developing a 20.3-inch foldable MacBook with a target release in 2027.
Ross Young, CEO of screen supply chain consulting firm DSCC, also mentioned that Apple is working on a 20-inch foldable hybrid device, expected to be released in 2026 or 2027.
There have been reports indicating that Apple is exploring a &#34;dual-screen, foldable MacBook/iPad hybrid device.&#34;
In his report, Pu mentioned that based on the supply chain situation, the visibility of Apple's foldable devices is becoming increasingly high
