In April 2024, the sales volume of commercial vehicles decreased by 18.3% and 22% respectively compared to the previous month, with year-on-year increases of 0.8% and 2.8% respectively. The sales volume of passenger vehicles increased year-on-year, while the production volume of trucks slightly decreased with a slight increase in sales. The production and sales volume of medium-sized passenger vehicles showed double-digit growth, while the production volume of light passenger vehicles decreased. The production volume of large passenger vehicles saw a slight decrease, while the sales volume slightly increased. The production and sales volume of the three major categories of passenger vehicles showed varying degrees of growth. The production and sales volume of trucks all showed a declining trend, with a slight increase in the production and sales volume of light trucks, a decrease in the production volume of heavy trucks, a decrease in the production volume and an increase in sales volume of medium trucks, and an increase in the production volume and a decrease in sales volume of mini trucks
