According to the announcement released by China Lesso (02128) on the Zhitong Finance APP, EDA has published a prospectus for the proposed spin-off and global offering on May 20, 2024.
As disclosed in the prospectus, the total number of EDA shares to be offered in the global offering will be 97.625 million EDA shares (assuming the over-allotment option is not exercised), equivalent to approximately 22% of the total issued EDA shares after the completion of the global offering, or 112 million EDA shares (assuming the over-allotment option is exercised), equivalent to approximately 25% of the total issued EDA shares after the completion of the global offering and the exercise of the over-allotment option.
It is expected that the offer price of EDA shares in the global offering will not be less than HKD 2.28 per share and not more than HKD 3.06 per share (excluding 1.0% brokerage commission, 0.0027% SFC transaction levy, 0.00015% investor compensation levy, and 0.00565% HKEX trading fee)
