Power, noted that electric vehicle mobile apps have been improving year over year. Studies like the J.D. Power 2024 U.S. OEM EV App Report could then provide an overview of sorts about the current state of EV mobile apps to see which companies are providing users with the optimal experience with their electric vehicles. “The overall experience and performance of electric vehicle mobile apps has improved year over year, as manufacturers continue to identify areas of opportunity, including feature contenting, usability and overall connectivity.
