At the shareholder meeting held by Taiwan Semiconductor on Tuesday, it was stated that the demand for AI is more optimistic than a year ago. With the increasing application of AI and higher requirements for chips, Taiwan Semiconductor is confident in its future growth.
After the shareholder meeting, the newly appointed chairman of Taiwan Semiconductor, Wei Zhejia, hinted that he is considering raising the price of the company's AI chip manufacturing services.
He also mentioned that he has discussed this issue with NVIDIA CEO Huang Renxun.
