According to the announcement from CHK OIL (00632) on the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, starting from July 2, 2024, (i) Mr. Li Zhaobin resigned as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary; (ii) Ms. Liu Xiaoting will be appointed as the Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary.
Mr. Li will no longer serve as the authorized representative of the company as stipulated in Rule 3.05 of the Listing Rules of the Stock Exchange, and as the authorized representative of the company under Chapter 622 of the Hong Kong Companies Ordinance to accept any legal process documents or notices served on the company in Hong Kong. Ms. Liu will be appointed as the authorized representative as required by the Listing Rules and the Companies Ordinance, effective from July 2, 2024
