The Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Liu Naisheng as the Secretary of the Board of Directors, while Wang Guangxue will no longer serve as the Secretary of the Board of Directors.

Born in 1971, Liu Naisheng graduated from Beijing Institute of Technology (now Beijing Information Science and Technology University) with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering. In addition, he also holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from Tsinghua University.
Liu Naisheng's early work experience was at China Emerging (Group) Corporation. He later worked at China Technology International Trust Investment Co., Ltd., and China Technology Securities Co., Ltd., where he was already engaged in investment banking work, although this experience is not widely publicized.

The total pre-tax remuneration disclosed by this brokerage's directors and senior executives usually includes basic annual salary, performance-based annual salary (immediate bonuses paid in the previous year), and insurance benefits.
Liu Naisheng's pre-tax remuneration in 2019, 2020, 2021, and 2022 were: 4.1142 million, 6.8564 million, 5.9392 million, and 1.6971 million RMB respectively.
Compared to his peers, professionals in similar positions at other large brokerages, Liu Naisheng's compensation is not particularly outstanding.

After this personnel adjustment, Liu Naisheng took over the key role from Wang Guangxue, who had served as the Secretary of the Board of Directors of CSC for a decade.
