According to documents on the official website of the US Securities and Exchange Commission, Lineage's total market value for this IPO is approximately $19 billion, based on the number of shares issued and the latest fundraising size. Supported by Bay Grove Capital, this large-scale IPO of the real estate investment trust is the largest IPO in the US since ARM Holdings Plc (ARM.US), a leader in chip design, successfully went public in September last year. It is also a rare large-scale IPO in the relatively quiet summer of the US stock market. The company is projected to generate a revenue of $5.3 billion in 2023, with a historical net loss of $96.2 million, compared to a revenue of around $4.9 billion and a net loss of approximately $76 million a year earlier. The joint lead underwriters for Lineage's large IPO include Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs Group, Bank of America, JP Morgan, and Wells Fargo. KKR serves as its chief financial advisor.
