According to the Zhitong Finance and Economics APP, Black Sesame Intelligence (02533), headquartered in Wuhan, launched its IPO on July 31st, marking the final step towards a listing on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange. According to the prospectus, the IPO period for Black Sesame Intelligence is from July 31st to August 8th. The company plans to sell 37 million shares in this IPO, with 1.85 million shares for public offering and 35.15 million shares for international placement.
