Upon closer observation, it can be seen that a significant rate cut in a short period of time occurs under the following conditions: 1. Economic recession occurs; 2. U.S. stocks experience a major decline; 3. A black swan event occurs (such as the &#34;9/11&#34; incident in 2001, the collapse of Lehman Brothers in 2008, and the COVID-19 pandemic in 2020).
