SINGAPORE, Sept 6 (Reuters) - Singapore’s biggest bank DBS (DBSM.SI) said on Friday it has appointed Calvin Ong as its head of consumer banking for Singapore effective Jan. 1, 2025.Ong, 42, will succeed Jeremy Soo, who will retire from executive duties at the end of the year and stay on as an adviser, it said in a statement.Ong, who joined DBS in 2007, is currently head of investment products and advisory in the bank’s consumer banking and wealth management group, the statement said.
