According to the financial news app Zhitong Finance, Jensen Huang, CEO of NVIDIA (NVDA.US), stated on Wednesday that the $1 trillion universal data center will be modernized to accelerate computing. Huang discussed the data center market, saying, &#34;In any case, this situation will happen.&#34;
Huang made the remarks at the Goldman Sachs Communication and Technology Conference on Wednesday, addressing questions about the data center market and the growth of artificial intelligence (AI).
&#34;We are currently in a computing revolution, and it is amazing that with the emergence of a new type of software called generative artificial intelligence, the first trillion-dollar investment in data centers will accelerate. Because generative artificial intelligence is not just a tool, it is also a skill... That is why a new industry has been created,&#34; said Huang.
Huang pointed out that this is why people believe that artificial intelligence will surpass the $1 trillion data center and IT fields and enter the skills field, such as digital assembly line workers (robots) and digital customer service (chatbots).
Huang added that the &#34;densification&#34; of computers will occur. NVIDIA hopes to compress large data centers into a small area because data centers scattered over large areas are inefficient.
Regarding NVIDIA's new Blackwell chip system and innovation pace, Huang said, &#34;We have 7 different chips, all contributing to performance, so we can innovate and introduce better AI products to the market every year than the previous generation.&#34;
Regarding the delivery of Blackwell, Huang stated that Blackwell is already in full production, with shipments scheduled for the fourth quarter, and scaling up will begin in the fourth quarter and next year. Huang said, &#34;Demand is very strong, everyone wants to be the first to receive the goods, everyone wants to receive the most products.&#34;
Furthermore, Huang mentioned that the productivity gains brought by artificial intelligence are incredible.
When discussing NVIDIA's use of artificial intelligence, Huang said, &#34;Today, there is not a single software engineer in our company who does not use a code generator.&#34; He added, &#34;The era of every line of code being written by a software engineer has come to an end.&#34;
Huang stated that in the future, every software engineer in the company will have a digital engineer working with them around the clock.
Huang also tried to alleviate concerns related to the Asian supply chain.
He mentioned that the company is trying to achieve design diversification in every possible way. He added, &#34;Our company has enough intellectual property, and if we have to move from one wafer factory to another, we have the ability to do so. Perhaps the process technology is not as good, maybe we will not achieve the same level of performance or cost, but we will be able to provide supply.&#34;
