The Board of Directors, upon the recommendation of the Company Audit Committee, has resolved to appoint Tianjian International Certified Public Accountants LLP (Tianjian) as the company's auditor, effective from September 16, 2024, to fill the temporary vacancy left by Pengsheng's resignation, with a term lasting until the end of the next annual general meeting of shareholders
