According to a global survey by Bank of America, the optimistic sentiment surrounding the Fed rate cut has boosted investor confidence, with the confidence index rising from 3.6 to 3.9. Fund managers believe that the rate cut will support the economy, with 79% seeing a high possibility of a soft landing for the US economy. However, investors' risk appetite has dropped to an 11-month low, shifting towards bond-sensitive industries such as utilities.
