British investment management company Legal & General and Schroders plan to invest hundreds of millions of dollars in commercial real estate in the United States, mainly avoiding the hard-hit office sector. The two companies have formed a real estate team in the U.S., expecting real estate prices to rebound against the backdrop of Fed rate cuts. The CEO of Legal & General stated that the U.S. real estate market is an important expansion market, with strong market fundamentals.
