The China Banking and Insurance Regulatory Commission has approved He Jinsong's qualification as Vice President of the bank. He Jinsong officially took office as Vice President of CITIC BANK on October 18. On May 23, CITIC BANK held a board meeting and approved the appointment of He Jinsong as Vice President of CITIC BANK. However, at that time, the appointment still required regulatory approval of the qualification. He Jinsong is a financial backbone who has grown up in CITIC BANK's front line. With 27 years of service in CITIC BANK, he has served as the Party Secretary and President of CITIC BANK's Chengdu Branch, Shanghai Branch, and Beijing Branch before becoming Vice President. Born in December 1968, He Jinsong studied at the Department of Agricultural Economics and the School of Finance at Southwestern University of Finance and Economics, obtaining a bachelor's and master's degree in economics. He is a senior economist. With nearly twenty-seven years of experience in the banking industry, He Jinsong also worked at Sichuan Rural Trust and Investment Company before joining the bank. He Jinsong joined CITIC BANK in October 1997. From October 1997 to May 2013, he served as Deputy Head (in charge) and President of Dongchenggen Street Branch of Chengdu Branch, General Manager of Branch Company Business Department, Member of Branch Party Committee, Assistant to President, and Vice President. From January 2015 to July 2018, He Jinsong served as the Party Secretary and President of CITIC BANK's Chengdu Branch; from May 2013 to January 2015, he worked as the General Manager of the Legal Compliance Department of CITIC BANK. From July 2018 to July 2022, He Jinsong served as the Party Secretary and President of CITIC BANK's Shanghai Branch, and from July 2022, he became the Party Secretary and President of CITIC BANK's Beijing Branch. He Jinsong has been a member of CITIC BANK's Party Committee since April 2024
