In 2005, after CITIC Securities was approved for establishment, Zou Yingguang served as the assistant general manager of the bond business department, administrative head of the fixed income department, and a member of the executive committee at CITIC Securities.
In 2017, Zou Yingguang joined CITIC Securities, serving as the administrative head of the fixed income department, an executive committee member, and a member of the party committee.
In October 2023, Zou Yingguang rejoined CITIC Securities, subsequently serving as a member of the party committee, executive director, executive committee member, and financial head.
In November 2024, Zou Yingguang was appointed general manager of CITIC Securities.

The day before CITIC Securities disclosed this announcement (November 5th), CITIC Construction Investment announced that executive director Zou Yingguang submitted his resignation report to the board of directors due to work changes, applying to resign from his positions as executive director, member of the board's development strategy committee, member of the board's risk management committee, as well as member of the executive committee and financial head.
This announcement stated that after his resignation, Zou Yingguang will not hold any other positions in the company or its holding subsidiaries.
