CHINA JINMAO's sales in October fell by 7%

CHINA JINMAO announced that in October, the contracted sales amount was RMB 11.597 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 7.22%; the contracted sales area was approximately 650,400 square meters, down 1.12%. In the first 10 months of this year, the cumulative contracted sales amount was RMB 75.001 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 38.52%; and the cumulative contracted sales area was approximately 4.1184 million square meters, down 38.99%.
