The number of developers on Baidu's Wenxin Smart Agent platform has surpassed 800,000, with the number of agents increasing by 310% since June of this year

On November 12th, at the sub-forum of the Baidu World 2024 Conference, Baidu announced that the number of developers using the Wenxin Intelligent Agent platform has surpassed 800,000, with the number of agents on the platform increasing by 310% compared to June of this year, covering more than 30 application areas. In terms of commercial value conversion, the number of successfully converted agents has increased by 395% compared to July of this year. Baidu will continue to invest heavily in the Wenxin Intelligent Agent platform, aiming to provide 100 million traffic distribution support per day for agents by 2025, achieving a tenfold increase compared to 2024. Zhao Shiqi, Vice President of Baidu and General Manager of Baidu Search, stated that as large models enter an application transition era, Baidu has been committed to developing intelligent agents in different fields since the beginning of the year, continuously enhancing their distribution volume: "We hope that large models can truly become productive forces through intelligent agents, influencing all aspects of our work and life."
