Citigroup significantly increased its positions in Tesla and Russell 2000 ETF put options in Q3, while reducing its holdings in Microsoft

Statistics show that Citigroup's total market value of holdings in the third quarter reached $173 billion, up from $156 billion in the previous quarter, an increase of 11%.
