On December 1st, ZEEKR announced the launch of a winter care activity, offering battery health checks for all ZEEKR 001 WE 86 vehicles. If any issues affecting user experience, such as abnormal battery health, are found during the inspection, users will receive a free replacement of the entire battery pack. This is another industry-leading user service upgrade by ZEEKR following the free upgrade of the 8155 chip and the enhancement of the three-electricity warranty rights
