Li Xiang believes that Level 3 autonomous driving still requires supervision in the vehicle for final accountability. The core reason is that the capabilities of the first stage are still insufficient, and the responsibility lies with the user, hence it is called enhancing the user's capabilities. The second stage, Li Xiang calls &#34;becoming my assistant.&#34;

The AI not only understands the user but also understands the user's children and friends, even better than the user does.
Li Xiang believes that at this stage, artificial intelligence will proactively handle many tasks and autonomously manage the household. When AGI develops to the third stage, Li Xiang thinks an important point is that the user's memories will also be preserved by the AI; the user's physical existence may cease, but their memories will become a part of the AI.
<h2>02 . 100% Focus on Robots, Not on Robotaxis</h2>
Regarding the competition in the AGI industry, Li Xiang believes that it is still in a very early stage. Everyone is still trying to obtain the Level 3 ticket for AGI and the Level 4 ticket for autonomous driving. Since Li Auto is working in both areas simultaneously, Li Xiang believes this is an opportunity that must be pursued.
Regarding large models, Li Xiang believes that the foundational model will eventually evolve into a Vision Language Action Model (VLA).

Li Xiang believes this is the same for autonomous driving. To achieve L4, autonomous driving must have strong cognitive abilities to effectively understand the world when changes occur, rather than just relying on the compressed memories behind end-to-end systems.
Therefore, for the Li Auto team, Li Xiang requires that within China, the foundational model of large language models must be among the top three in the industry in the coming years. Based on this requirement, he expressed willingness to invest in whatever training computing power is needed.
Regarding Robotaxi, Li Xiang stated he does not want to pursue it. Li Xiang believes that after achieving L4 autonomous driving, family cars will become cheaper, and the cost will decrease, leading to more people willing to own a car.
