CHAMPION TECH's green energy business has made significant progress

CHAMPION TECH announced significant progress in its green energy business, starting to seek new alternatives to fossil fuels from June 2024. In August 2024, it successfully produced the "Chuangzhi Rong Water Energy Gas Generator" and obtained technical certification. The system can serve as an alternative fuel for heating and power generation, and has been delivered to customers in Guangzhou for trial use. Testing results show that the system is efficient, low-cost, and achieves zero emissions, marking an important advancement for the group in the field of green new energy, and is expected to bring considerable profits in the future
According to the announcement from CHAMPION TECH (00092), starting from June 2024, the group has begun seeking new green energy businesses to replace fossil fuels. In August 2024, the group successfully produced the "Chuang Zhi Rong Water Energy Gas Generator" and obtained formal certification from China's authoritative review agency for its technology, paving the way for the group's first trial production using its self-developed cold nuclear fusion hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas generation technology (named Chuang Zhi Rong Water Energy Gas Generator). This hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas generation system can serve as an alternative fuel for heating and power generation. The first set of hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas generation systems has been delivered to a customer in Guangzhou, who began producing hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas in September 2024 through trial use of the system, enabling the company to achieve an energy-saving and emission-reducing production model. Additionally, the company has received an advance payment from a customer for the steam generated from the use of the company's hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas.
According to the testing witnessed by internationally recognized testing agencies, it has been proven that (i) the gas flow generation level of the hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas generation system is stable and efficient; and (ii) it is achieved at a significantly low cost. The test results conducted by our scientists show that (iii) the hydrogen-oxygen mixed gas generation system can convert water into high calorific value gas; and (iv) achieve zero emissions throughout the entire gas generation and combustion process. This marks a key step for humanity in breaking away from dependence on fossil fuels.
These test results signify a critical step forward for the group's development in the green energy sector, indicating that the group can generate efficient energy at a very low cost. Therefore, management believes that the green energy business will bring considerable profits to the group in the foreseeable future
