According to the Zhitong Finance APP, K W NELSON GP announced that the following changes will take effect from January 1, 2025: (1) Xu Zhiwei will resign as an independent non-executive director and will no longer serve as the chairman of the remuneration committee and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee; and (2) Li Weiliang will be appointed as an independent non-executive director, chairman of the remuneration committee, and a member of the audit committee and nomination committee
