AGILE GROUP's pre-sale amount fell by 66% last year

AGILE GROUP announced that the presale amount last year was RMB 15.51 billion, a year-on-year decrease of 65.76%; corresponding to a construction area of 1.161 million square meters, a decrease of 61.8%; the average price was RMB 13,359 per square meter. In December alone, the presale amount was RMB 750 million, a year-on-year decrease of 77.74%; corresponding to a construction area of 58,000 square meters, a decrease of 74.56%; the average price was RMB 12,847 per square meter.
