According to LinkedIn user Ruben D., nearly 80% of NVIDIA employees are now worth over a million dollars, with half of them having a net worth of even 25 million dollars (approximately 184 million RMB). However, behind the high income is an overwhelming work pressure. NVIDIA employees generally report that they work 7 days a week, often staying late until 2 AM, while also facing intense meetings and strict time management requirements. Many employees have little time to spend with their families and are even starting to consider a "semi-retirement" status to alleviate the negative impacts of work.
