YPF Sociedad Anónima has announced the expiration of its tender offer for its outstanding 8.500% Senior Notes due July 2025. The tender offer expired on January 15, 2025, with a total of U.S.$314,922,000 of the securities tendered. Holders of the accepted securities will receive U.S.$1,019.50 per U.S.$1,000 principal amount, plus accrued interest.
