MEDICSKIN plans to lease a property in Hong Kong to serve as one of the group's medical skin care centers in Hong Kong
MEDICSKIN announced that it will sign a lease agreement with an independent third party on February 7, 2025, to renew the lease for its property located in Central, Hong Kong, as one of its medical skin care centers. The lease term will be from February 23, 2025, to February 22, 2028. The property has been leased since 2016, and the board believes that its prime location and convenient transportation will help attract customers, and the renewal will maintain the group's prime location in Hong Kong
According to the announcement from MEDICSKIN (08307), on February 7, 2025, the tenant (an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of the company) entered into a lease agreement with the landlord (an independent third party) for the renewal of the leased property, to be used as one of the group's medical skin care centers in Hong Kong, from February 23, 2025, to February 22, 2028 (including both start and end dates).
It is reported that the property is located on the entire 21st floor of New World Tower 2, 18 Queen's Road Central, Hong Kong.
The group has been leasing this property since February 23, 2016, as one of its two medical skin care centers in Hong Kong. When evaluating the options to renew the existing lease or lease a new center, the directors believe that the property is strategically located in the Central District of Hong Kong, which offers continuous business opportunities and convenient transportation, allowing the group and potential clients to easily access it via public transport. Renewing the lease agreement maintains the group's position in a prime location in Hong Kong
