TIANHE MAGNETICS: Plans to use no more than 500 million yuan of idle self-owned funds for cash management
TIANHE MAGNETICS announced that the company will hold the first meeting of the third board of directors on February 18, 2025, to review and approve the proposal on using idle self-owned funds for cash management. The company plans to use no more than RMB 500 million of idle self-owned funds for cash management, purchasing financial products with high safety, good liquidity, and relatively low risk, with a usage period not exceeding 12 months from the date of approval by the board of directors
