The download rankings are climbing, and Tencent's Yuanbao investment volume surpasses Doubao and Kimi

On February 24th, the digital content marketing platform DataEye reported that Tencent Holdings' AI application "Tencent Yuanbao" has recently significantly increased its paid advertising efforts. Almost all Tencent ecosystem products are paired with Tencent Yuanbao promotional ads, including Tencent Music, Tencent Video, WeChat Official Accounts, and more. Previously, Tencent Yuanbao surpassed ByteDance's "Doubao" in the free download rankings on the App Store in mainland China, second only to the consistently top-ranked DeepSeek. According to ADX data, before February 5th, there was a significant gap in the amount of advertising materials between Kimi, Doubao, and Tencent Yuanbao. On February 15th, Tencent Yuanbao's advertising efforts saw a slight increase, and on February 18th, it surged, with a single-day peak of over 11,000 sets of advertising materials, becoming the leader among the three. From February 18th to February 23rd, Tencent's advertising material volume reached 55,000 sets, a 345.1% increase compared to the previous six days. In contrast, Kimi's advertising material volume has gradually declined since February 15th; Doubao's advertising efforts increased and then decreased, returning to the levels of late January
