Nanjing Putian B: Increased capital of 16.5 million yuan for its subsidiary
Nanjing Putian B announced that the company held a board meeting on March 3, 2025, and approved the proposal regarding the capital increase for Nanjing Southern Telecommunications Co., Ltd. According to the proposal, Nanjing Putian Communication Co., Ltd. and Nanjing Putian Tianji Building Intelligent Co., Ltd. will increase the registered capital of Nanjing Southern Telecommunications Co., Ltd. by 16.5 million yuan from undistributed profits in proportion, with Nanjing Putian contributing 16 million yuan and Putian Tianji contributing 500,000 yuan. After the capital increase is completed, the registered capital of Southern Telecommunications will increase from 34.2 million yuan to 50.7 million yuan
