Regal International and Summit have launched a new home purchase promotion, where the first 10 buyers can receive a gift voucher worth HKD 1.28 million for renovation furniture. The project is jointly developed by Bailebao and Regal International, and has currently sold 59 subdivided units and 20 houses, cashing out over HKD 4.4 billion. Wai Chan-sheng, director of Regal Property Agency, stated that some units in Sai Ying Pun are being rented out, with an average rent of about HKD 90, and it is expected to be sold with lease agreements within the year

Fuhao Property Agency Director Wai Chan-sheng stated that the project has sold a total of 59 subdivided units and 20 houses to date, accounting for nearly half of the total 160 units, with cashing out exceeding HKD 4.4 billion. He also mentioned that some units in their Sai Ying Pun project, Xi Long, are currently being rented out, with an average rent of about HKD 90 per square foot, and there is a possibility of selling them with leases within the year
