Rio Tinto completes acquisition of Argosy Minerals
On March 7th, Jin Shi Data reported that Rio Tinto Group announced the completion of the acquisition of 67 million USD for shares of Arcadia Lithium Limited. Previously, the Royal Court of Jersey approved the agreement arrangement on March 5th. Rio Tinto has now become the ultimate parent company of Arcadia Lithium, which will be renamed Rio Tinto Lithium and will integrate Rio Tinto's Rincon lithium project
