(“Cutera” or the “Company”) (Nasdaq: CUTR) today announced that it has formally notified The Nasdaq Stock Market LLC (“Nasdaq”) of its intent to voluntarily delist its common stock from the Nasdaq Global Select Market. Cutera expects to file a Form 25 with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "SEC") relating to the voluntary delisting of its common stock on or about March 20, 2025. The Company expects the delisting of the common stock to be effective on or about March 30, 2025. Following such delisting, the Company intends to file a Form 15 with the SEC to indefinitely suspend the Company’s reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, as amended.
